A Bachelor’s degree holder in Biotech from Mumbai University, Jyoti Surwade, while working as an Analyst in a pharmaceutical company, noticed one of the biggest challenge existed in pharma company – Language Barrier. She Observed that language barrier was slowing down the communication.
Jyoti discussed the issue with her colleague Swapnil Adakmol, Head of Sales & COO of Nsat, who was at that time working for a translation company in Navi Mumbai. To help eliminate multicultural communication barriers in pharmaceutical companies and other industries worldwide, Jyoti formed N-Sat in 2015
As founder and CEO of Nsat, Jyoti is actively involved in guiding the company’s strategic direction and future business operations.
An IT engineer and a Post graduate in management from MIT SOT, Pune, Swapnil worked as a project manager with MNC’s like Tibco Softwares, Eclerx, where he was responsible for timely completion and delivery of projects.
Prior to joining Nsat, Swapnil was responsible for managing the entire branch of a mid-sized translation company in Navi Mumbai where he was responsible for new business development and managing client relations.
As the Head of Sales and COO, He is responsible for overseeing all sales and customer service initiatives. He manages Business Development, Client Implementation Team, Contracting, Sales and Administration. He directs the execution of corporate sales strategies designed to drive revenue.
As the Director of Marketing and Strategy, Ricky is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and strategic planning.
An alumni of MIT School Of Business, Pune, Ricky worked as a Marketing Executive for Fleming Gulf, where he was responsible for marketing B2B conferences. His business experience with a specialization in marketing communications, Ricky joined VSoftServ as a member of the Executive Management Team and was quickly promoted to Director – Marketing & Strategy.
Passion for Film Making, Ricky worked as an Assistant Director for Hindi and Marathi films, is recognized for effortlessly making marketing initiatives successful.
